What is the Examen?

The Examen was created by St. Ignatius of Loyola as a brief prayer that can be recited at any time. According to Ignatius, the Examen should be regarded as the most significant moment of our day, as it has the potential to shape all subsequent moments.

How Do I Pray the Examen?
